- Is the measuring appointment charged?
- Not at all. We come to you with the samples and take the measurements at no cost, and nothing is owed until you have approved the quote.
- How long does it take from order to installation?
- It depends on the fabric and the mechanism you choose, since every piece is made to your dimensions. Once your selections are settled we confirm a firm installation date with your quote.
- Do you take the measurements, or should I provide them?
- We measure every opening ourselves. It is the only way we can guarantee the fit, and it avoids costly errors on pieces that are cut to size.
- Do you work in English?
- Absolutely. Our team is proudly bilingual.
