- Is there a charge for measuring?
- No. We come out to measure and show you the samples at no cost, and you pay nothing until you have approved the quote.
- How long between ordering and fitting?
- The lead time depends on the fabric and mechanism you pick, since everything is made to your dimensions. We give you a firm date with the quote, once the choices are settled.
- Do I need to take my old blinds down?
- No, we take them down at the fitting and leave with them, along with the boxes and the offcuts.
- Do you measure, or do I supply the dimensions?
- We measure every opening ourselves. It is the only way we can stand behind the fit, and it avoids expensive mistakes on blinds that are cut to size.
- Do you work in English?
- Yes, in French and English, everywhere we travel.
