Roller shades

The roller shade is the simplest mechanism we install, and that is exactly what makes it work. With only a fabric and a tube there is very little bulk, the shade almost disappears once it is rolled up, and there are few parts that can age badly.

Everything therefore comes down to the fabric. The same shade can soften the morning light, cut glare while keeping the view, or close the room completely, depending on the opacity you pick. We also work with patterned fabrics, which give a window some texture without adding a curtain over the top of it.

For kitchen and bathroom windows we usually suggest a roller over a slatted blind, because a single flat surface wipes down in one pass and does not hold dust between louvres.
