We only collect the information you send us yourself, either through the quote request form or by phone or email. That means your name, your contact details, the address or area where the windows are, and whatever you write in your message.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, prepare your quote and arrange the measuring and the installation. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to follow up and to support the warranty on blinds we have installed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. Write or call and we will handle the request.
